The title track, System Is Broke features a combination of a political message and beautiful instrumentation along with JPOD’s crunchy and bent basslines. Mandorli provides a jazz-infused midtempo bass remix while Kashoo works a suave and classy angle with a more organic feel. Also in the release are two original compositions by JPOD. In the Mist is a deep and moving piece with eastern overtones and Bigga Berth grooves out at a slower pace with heavy sinister bass and a pleasant complement of synths.
